“The idea was to transfer the fashion expertise of our stores into the digital world.” proclaimed Medienwerft’s manager, Hendrik van Laaten. The VAN GRAAF premises are also at the centre here in matters digital. In addition, a lot of leeway was allocated for the provision of advice and the up to 200 brands, as well as the current fashion trends.

Van Laaten: “Our concept was designed from the start, to ensure maximum flexibility. This meant that adaptation for the individual countries with their specific requirements was not a problem for us. We have much experience in the areas of fashion, e-branding and e-commerce, and we were able to include it in our strategy.” This means that the international presence of VAN GRAAF is up-to-date technically and conceptually – for example, this means that all pages can naturally be accessed by tablet PC.
