With its new partner, FIS GmbH, Medienwerft has acquired a strong partner in the strategically important SAP environment and is extending its core business “Brands & E-commerce” to comprehensive know-how deep into the business and process requirements of SAP solutions such as CEC (Customer Engagement And Commerce).

In the future, FIS GmbH and Medienwerft will join forces. On 31st August 2016, both companies signed the contracts for a majority stake in FIS GmbH at the Hamburg E-Commerce Agency.

A strategic partnership that is unique in this combination in Germany – with its joint portfolio, the companies will now form the complete SAP theme spectrum for Customer Engagement and Commerce (CEC).

In addition to SAP Hybris Commerce and SAP Hybris Marketing, this includes the SAP Hybris solutions Cloud for Sales and Cloud for Service. In addition, Medienwerft and FIS will be positioning themselves as the ideal partner for consulting, conception, development, design and the creative and distinctive design of web solutions – especially with process integration to SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Management. The offer is complemented by services in the area of online brand management and online marketing including social media.
