Almost 150,000 products were migrated to the new shop for the online provider of brand-name products. In the process, major challenges to user administration had to be addressed. This included customer-specific user structures and managing budgets. An additional task was the adapted ERP and PIM integration. On the accounts receivable level, the allocation of catalogs and products had to be made possible.

The next step is to switch the approximately 1500 companies and almost 10,000 users to the new shop – a task that Medienwerft is just as happy to tackle as it was for inventory management. From approval-controlled inventory change processes to tracking test cycles, numerous functionalities need to be set up. Particular focus is on the after-sale management of inventory, including the entry, transfer, and removal of inventory in an adjusted check-out process that needs to be made available. In addition, Medienwerft is responsible for the support and ongoing development of the shop.

Lerbs has supplied customers around the world with brand-name products for nearly 70 years. Originally a ship’s chandler, the company is headquartered in Bremen.
