Still going: with the assistance of Medienwerft, Volkswagen Zubehör GmbH has undergone a relaunch of the B2B platform EASY and also launched the new marketing platform PLUS.

Based on SAP Commerce (formerly SAP Hybris Commerce), the sales information for Volkswagen partners in 110 countries around the world is collected here. Medienwerft was responsible for the design and implementation, and is handling the regular content maintenance for the PLUS marketing platform.

More than 8,000 products from Volkswagen Zubehör GmbH, from mufflers to lifestyle products to child safety seats, can be found in EASY (Electronic Accessories System). Thanks to SAP Hybris Accelerator 6.1, the process for both the maintenance of the products as well as the order process are significantly more convenient.

The content of the new marketing platform PLUS ranges from accessories for various Volkswagen models, clothing and lifestyle accessories to legal information, and all the way to sales pitches for various product groups. With a clear structure and a strong sales tone, the platform gives importers important sales arguments for products from Volkswagen Zuberhör. The links in the EASY shop area instantly trigger an impulse to order.

Working closely with SAP and the Marketing and IT department from Volkswagen Zubehör, EASY PLUS will continually be adapted to the requirements over the next few years. Medienwerft will be responsible for the ongoing update of content and the development of new content with a fixed team from Concept, Creation, Development, and Project Management. “We are happy to have found Medienwerft as a partner who recognizes our requirements and understands how to implement these into the appropriate content,” says Peter Juber, Head of Marketing at Volkswagen Zubehör.
