One years after the successful launch of the online store, the market leader for roofing products is taking the next step: Dachdecker-Einkauf Süd commissioned the FIS Group with the implementation SAP Marketing Cloud. The tool forms a central platform for lean automated processes that free up Marketing.

Dachdecker-Einkauf Süd eG wants to achieve important goals with the use of the SAP Marketing Cloud:
• increase name recognition
• acquire new customers
• improve customer loyalty

For this purpose, various channels and tools like Facebook or Google Ads are integrated into the SAP Marketing Cloud. Indicators are collected in a central system and evaluated across channels. This way, individual campaigns can be better coordinated with each other and the marketing strategy continually reviewed.

With tracking and simple segmenting of customer groups made possible by the SAP Marketing Cloud, a target-specific approach is achieved for customer acquisition and loyalty. Using scoring as the basis, actions are specified and personalized recommendations are automatically initiated by the system. Lastly, it is even possible to personalize the online store. Automated e-mail marketing can be used as well, which sends personalized e-mails based on previously specified scores and triggers.
