Five SAP partners offered a look at the future of e-commerce with SAP in a constructive discussion. Medienwerft Managing Director Hendrik van Laaten described the technical and procedural challenges as well as the most important questions: “Where will the company be in five years? What is happening outside in the market, with the competition? A customer focus is critical.”

This philosophy, which was taken into consideration by Medienwerft from the very start, is moving bit by bit to the field of vision for many companies, as shown at the round table event. Invited by E-3 magazine, Hendrik van Laaten sat down at a table with editor-in-chief Peter Färbinger and the well-known analysts Frank Niemann (Teknowlogy/PAC) as well as other SAP partners for a lively discussion of the challenges facing the market.
