Medienwerft won the pitch back in spring 2013 for the concept and design of the mobile store. In addition, the digital agency was able to secure the technical implementation for its offices in Hamburg during the pitch phase.
“It was the user-oriented idea behind the conceptional and design results that convinced us. Furthermore we already saw evidence of the technical know-how during the first discussions and this impression did not deceive us,”
says Danilo Frasiak, the Cyberport manager behind the re-launch of the mobile store.
The mobile store went live in time for the 2013 Christmas period and was able to prove itself during a high-traffic phase in terms of speed and reliability.
In addition to the fast page loading times, the focus of the new mobile launch was optimized user-friendliness and simple order completion. Clear and mobile-optimized navigation, well-arranged detailed pages and the one-click checkout ensured this.

A continuation of the successful collaboration is already in the works with the development of a new app and the support for the concept and creation of the new webshop.
