THE STARTER SOLUTION FOR SAP COMMERCE
The Medienwerft Starter Solution is a collection of extensions, concepts and configuration templates that complement the SAP Commerce package. It also contains adjustments and corrections for the SAP Commerce Accelerator which we have identified as being beneficial for our customer projects with experience from over 200 e-commerce projects.
For the Medienwerft Starter Solution, we develop configurable expansions (instead of independent modules or replacements) which can be easily integrated into the existing accelerator and the customer project. This is can even be done retroactively. This creates far fewer problems than standard solutions in case of upgrades.
It can be used for both B2C and B2B. As in SAP Commerce Standard, the functions and concepts of the Starter Solution are written in such a way that there is a common, B2C-compatible foundation and the special features of the requirements for B2B can be added as an extra if necessary.
This is a package of functions and concepts that makes it possible to accompany not only the purchase itself, but the entire life cycle of a product in follow-up as a service. The aim is to increase customer loyalty in the form of convenience functions which can be automated up to full integration with your warehousing solution, ERP or CRM.
All prepared functional modules are developed in such a way that they can be swapped and expanded at every level in line with the modular Commerce architecture. This means that the actual presentation tier can be swapped out as desired, whether that be in the classic accelerator storefront, via OCC for Spartacus or in interfaces of third-party providers.
