(Proxy) Product Owner: Technical expertise plus project competence

With Lean Commerce from MVP to efficient implementation
When launching the new B2C online store based on Emporix, we worked with the client to design the roadmap for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
In order to have an executable web store at an early stage, the features were prioritized according to four categories: Must-haves, Should-haves, Could-haves and Future Proposals.
Then dependencies were checked, the implementation effort of the individual features estimated and their go-live relevance evaluated.
This resulted in a project roadmap with concrete milestones, which were tracked using a traffic light system. The first features went live in record time and the roadmap was adhered to.

From small mowers to the BiG X forage harvester – the family-owned company Krone is a specialist in forage harvesting machinery. Krone customers and dealers can find out everything they need to know about Krone and its machines via a new online information system – designed and implemented by Medienwerft.
For a project like the mykrone.green B2B portal, a flexible project organization was the obvious choice. Together with the client and the associated IT service provider, we used agile methods to work in a mixed team in a self-organized yet close collaboration. In workshops and scribble sessions, we came up with initial drafts within a very short time.
The B2B platform was implemented as a complete Scrum projectin a manageable number of sprints.
