THE BEST OF THE BEST – MEDIENWERFT/FIS RECEIVE CERTIFICATION AS SAP CX EXPERTS
Since the beginning of the year, it’s official – Medienwerft and FIS have been awarded the highest certification by SAP in the area of Customer Experience: SAP CX Expert status in the areas of Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and SAP Emarsys (Marketing Automation).
Together with FIS, we cover the entire range of SAP Customer Experience topics and offer a complete package in marketing, e-commerce, sales and service. This good positioning gives us a major advantage over competitors and, with certification as an SAP CX Expert, puts us at the forefront of the SAP CX environment.
CERTIFICATION – AND WHAT DO CUSTOMERS GET OUT OF IT?
When the question arises “Which agency do we go with?”, various certifications offer customers orientation. However, as each has an individual significance, adds Medienwerft Managing Director Oliver Helms:
The Competency Framework is significantly more meaningful than the SAP Gold, Silver, and Platinum awards in the on-premises area.
Competency Framework – what is it?
The new Competency Framework does not deal exclusively with the customer experience, but with a total of five different solution areas of the cloud. A distinction is made here between different authorization, certification and project levels. Based on this, the Essential, Advanced and Expert awards are then awarded.
To be certified, a defined number of projects and GoLives must be implemented in 24 months. In addition, there is the factor “personnel”, as corresponding positions are relevant for the respective implementation.
On this basis, we have received certification for the following SAP products:
Expert Status – where is the bar?
Expert status is the highest status in this context. At least 10 GoLives are required for the award. Even after certification, you have to remain active, as the Competency Framework focuses on the permanent development of companies in order to meet the current competencies.
We are pleased about the new status and are ready for the challenge to continue to meet the requirements.
Our incentive is to provide excellent performance, to train and to develop ourselves further. As a result, this automatically leads to certification.
