SAP Hybris becomes SAP C/4 HANA: SAP defines custumer experience

The news broke like a thunderbolt at the annual corporate conference SAPPHIRE NOW: SAP presented the fourth generation of CRM with C/4HANA. SAP C/4HANA bundles the previous SAP Hybris portfolio for customer engagement and commerce along with other recently acquired solutions, such as Callidus and Gigya, into one cloud-based solution.
